Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole With Potatoes & Gravy

This was my first time making a casserole and my first time eating cordon bleu. I’m behind the times. This was wicked, I can see why both are popular things to eat. This was simple and way easy. I very much you making this.

  1. Fresh 8 oz of chicken breast chopped & 18 oz potatoes cubed boiled together
  2. 12 oz ham steak chopped
  3. Gravy: mix 2 TB of butter with 2 TB of flour and slowly add chicken broth til you get desired thickness. Add salt, garlic/onion powder and thyme.
  4. Add the meat, potatoes and gravy to a dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
  5. Add 1.5 cups of swiss cheese before serving. ENJOY
